Hey there, I’m Jamie!
Embroidery artist. Designer. Author. Craft enthusiast.
I create hand drawn embroidery designs inspired by the things I love most: books, fantasy worlds, nature, cozy hobbies and all the wonderfully nerdy things in between.
When I'm not drawing new designs, you'll usually find me stitching, reading, making something with my hands or teaching other people how to embroider.
I'm also the author of Romantasy Embroidery: 23 Stunning Patterns for Romance and Fantasy Lovers.
Every design starts with my own artwork. I draw each collection before printing, cutting packaging, and photographing the finished packs myself in-house.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is making embroidery feel approachable. You don't need to be an experienced artist or know dozens of complicated stitches to make something you're proud of. Sometimes you just need a design you love and permission to start. That's also why I love teaching embroidery online. Through my tutorials and videos, I share the stitches, techniques and little things I've learned along the way so more people can experience how relaxing and satisfying making something by hand can be.
